1. The temporary internet file, cookies, trash bin, normal temp file, unused setup/ install files. The first two some times can take your computer clear down.
2. Not to forget all that unwanted e-mail. This is not harmful to the computer, but can drive you the use crazy.
3. Viruses, Spy-ware, Worms, Trojans also fits this category. This category is the nasty one. They are hidden in unknown files and folders. They require a scanner to find them. The scanner can only find the ones it knows about. All others stay in your file system and do their vindictive thing.
